Homewares Shipping

New Piece will action and dispatch your order within 48 hours for in-stock items. Depending on your location, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

We use third-party shipping providers including Australia Post, DHL, FedEx and TNT. New Piece reserves the right to select the most suitable carrier based on availability and the nature of the order. Once the order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are managed by the carrier and delays may occur outside of our control.

All online orders are sent via a trackable service. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please note that delivery time slots cannot be guaranteed.


Furniture Delivery

The White Glove and Assembly provides delivery inside your home and the products will be assembled where you like, with the packaging taken away. The estimated delivery window will be available on the product page and in the checkout. The White Glove and Assembly is available in most metro areas of Sydney. Once you are in the checkout process, White Glove and Assembly will become available for most NSW areas and may require an additional fee.

We use third-party shipment companies for furniture delivery to VIC, QLD, SA, NT, WA. Please make an enquiry for order shipments by email us at sales@newpiece.com.au

Once an order is placed with New Piece, you will receive an email confirmation followed by a second email confirming that your order has been dispatched including any relevant tracking details.

To ensure a smooth delivery, we recommend advising of any access, or parking requirements at your address, noting the delivery vehicle will need to be legally parked for duration of your delivery.

We also recommend you note any potential access obstacles (e.g. stairs, narrow corridors etc.), ensure service lifts are booked if required and your desired placement area is clear and suitable for new items.

For White Glove and Assembly deliveries, the recipient or their nominee is required to be on site for the duration of the delivery to ensure items are delivered and placed as required.


Warehouse Collection

If you prefer to pick up your furniture yourself, you can choose our free Pick Up in Warehouse option. Simply place your order online, and we'll notify you when it's ready for pickup. You can then come to our warehouse at your convenience and pick up your items. Our friendly staff will help you load your furniture into your vehicle, ensuring that it's properly secured for transport. The address and pickup instructions will be provided to you once the order is finalized. Pickups can only be done Monday - Sunday between 11am-4pm.

If you have selected pickup, please ensure the following;

You have a car, Ute or truck which is big enough to accommodate the goods purchased.

You have enough people to assist in carrying heavy items. You have rope and other protective materials for your vehicle as New Piece will not be held responsible for any damages that may be caused to your vehicle.

You take all product packaging with you.
