Like-Minded By Nature
New Piece welcomes FNJI and the spirit of FORE.
At New Piece, the brands we select are never about trends. They’re about mindset — a quiet, thoughtful way of seeing and making.
That’s why we’re so excited to announce that this June, FNJI which is one of China’s leading lifestyle and furniture brands will officially join our collection. And more importantly, why it feels less like a collaboration, and more like a meeting of minds.
Founded in 2010, FNJI grew from a simple yet profound idea: to create furniture that holds space for peace, for quiet, for presence. Their design philosophy — Oriental modernity, naturally enduring — mirrors much of what we value at New Piece.
Drawing from China's cultural traditions and mountain landscapes, FNJI crafts furniture that feels both timeless and deeply alive, using natural materials like wood, stone, wool, and leather. Each piece is a bridge between ancient intuition and modern life — a quiet dialogue between memory and now.
This year, FNJI launched a new line, FORE — lighter, modular, and created with younger urban lifestyles in mind. “FORE” carries the spirit of forward movement: adaptability, flexibility, living without constraint.
In many ways, FORE reflects the future of design — modular furniture that doesn’t dictate, but supports different ways of living. It’s a philosophy that aligns closely with our own curation: thoughtful pieces, designed to evolve with the people who use them.
We’re honoured to become a home for FNJI in Australia. And even more, we’re excited to introduce a voice that speaks to something both ancient and new — a quiet confidence, a soft power, a life made slower and fuller by design. Welcome, FNJI.
