Zi Yang, the founder and lead designer of the brand the coming®, is a graduate of the Royal College of Art in the UK. With her background as an interior designer at Gensler’s London office, she brings a profound understanding of spatial relationships and scale to her creations. Her expertise lies in a refined perception of form, proportion, and the dimensions of objects. In her approach to design, particularly in crafting functional everyday items, Yang aims to balance traditional craftsmanship with innovative thinking, creating solutions that are both timeless and visionary. - Homewares: In-stock items are dispatched within 48 hours. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Tracking is provided after dispatch; carrier delays may occur.
- Furniture: Estimated delivery windows are shown on the product page and at checkout. White Glove & Assembly is available in most Sydney metro areas, with additional fees where applicable. For interstate furniture delivery, contact our team for assistance.
- Warehouse collection: Free pickup is available once we confirm your order is ready. Collection instructions will be sent to you.

Returns & Refunds
Please check dimensions, colours, finishes and configurations carefully before ordering. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including on floor stock, ex-display and clearance items. Custom and made-to-order purchases cannot be cancelled for change of mind.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your proof of purchase, a description of the issue and clear photos or video. Please obtain written authorisation before returning any goods. Approved claims will be resolved in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and our warranty terms, and may involve repair, replacement or refund.
